dieser Name stammt aus dem Chinesischen, wo er soviel wie &#8222;viel Gl\u00fcck in der Zukunft&#8220; bedeutet. Und genau im Zeichen dieser Hoffnung haben wir auch unser Restaurant er\u00f6ffnet. Gastlichkeit liegt in der Familie: Jin Xiaojun, Inhaber und Chefkoch des Restaurants, ist im Gastbetrieb seiner Eltern aufgewachsen. Hier machte er auch seine ersten Schritte in die Welt der Kulinarik. Schon bald manifestierten sich seine gro\u00dfe Experimentierfreudigkeit und eine unstillbare Lust auf Neues. Deshalb zog Jin Xiaojun in seinen jungen Jahren nach Mailand, um sich hier in den exklusivsten japanischen Restaurants der Stadt zu bew\u00e4hren und Einblick in alle Geheimnisse der Sushi-Zubereitung zu erhalten. Sp\u00e4ter arbeitete er in verschiedenen Regionen Italiens, immer mit dem Wunsch, seine beruflichen Kompetenzen zu vervollkommnen und von den Besten zu lernen.
